Spanish Language Volunteer Care Coordinator

We are seeking a full-time Spanish Language Volunteer Care Coordinator. This position is fully remote, but preferably will be filled by someone in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, and will work 30-40 hours per week.

The Volunteer Care Coordinator provides care for volunteers serving as Spanish language online missionaries through various channels, including prayer, recognition of service, social media groups, communications for anniversaries and birthdays, including emails, letters and cards, as well as plan and prepare regional or virtual events to celebrate their service. Also, this position would oversee the recruitment, onboarding and training of Spanish speaking volunteers utilizing various CRM and team managing tools.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Agreement to sign organization’s Statement of Faith and abide by biblical principles
  • Highly relational with the ability to connect with volunteers on a personal and professional level to oversee and steward their service to the ministry
  • Native Spanish speaker; fully bilingual; reading, writing, and speaking fluency in English and Spanish, with strong interpersonal communication and listening skills
  • Tech-savvy, able to learn new platforms quickly
  • Ability to work cross teams and cross culturally, especially among different Hispanic cultures
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, making sure all communication channels, both internal and external keep open
  • Manage social response team for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering on-time results
  • Thrives in a fast pace environment and adaptable to change

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive
  • Proficiency in social media platforms
  • Experience working with volunteer teams
  • Knowledge of event planning and management
  • Training and Team development experience preferred

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of administrative, operations or training support experience
  • Occasional weekend availability
  • Maintain and demonstrate a personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ and exhibit Christian character and faith in all areas of life
